Coaches are all great and the energy within the club is amazing. If you’re willing to grind it out this is definitely the place for you 
no time for slacking off here 
Great gym. Great people. Very clean and full of any equipment you need for a full boxing workout. Though I was a visitor from another gym, Coach Carlos graciously welcomed me in. He and his team gave me some great ideas and drills to work on. I definitely will be back when I’m in the area.
Young or old, new or experienced, Coach Carlos will make you better. You can’t find gyms like this anymore. A gem in the south west suburbs. Boxing is an individual sport but when you train here, you are part of a team…you are family and we are in your corner!
