I love this place, Hard work is the motto. Nile a great coach, not only do u get a great work out but it becomes like a second family. If u want to get in shape or learn how to fight like the pros this is the place to do it.

Nile does a great job with the club over there, great place to jus workout even if your not gonna box the experience is great for young men! My son and i worked out together for close to a yr! We still compare our workouts today to the ones we endured with nile!
