about
Coach Robert Bell, was born and raised in Pontiac, Michigan, and was introduced to the sport of boxing at the age of 9 under the guidance of his mentor, Keith Rauser. Despite facing challenges during his adolescence and early adulthood, including a decade behind bars, Bell emerged from his incarceration determined to redefine his path and positively impact the lives of others.
Upon regaining his freedom, Bell returned to the boxing arena as a competitor, culminating his career with an impressive run to the Golden Gloves before retiring from the ring at age 35. However, his journey was far from over.
In 1996, Bell founded his own boxing, training, and mentorship program in his hometown of Pontiac, Michigan, where he fostered the growth and development of countless individuals until 2018. Relocating to Peoria, Illinois, to be closer to his daughter, Bell wasted no time in launching a similar program in his new community
