Here is one of our newest student Emily. She was so shy at first but once coach @fresoquendo got to finally get to work her out she loved the shadow boxing,pad work,hitting the heavy bag but she also really enjoyed doing the ropes That’s why our boxing programs offers so much to do and that’s why the kids want to keep coming and learning all of these crafts in boxing. So proud of you Emily for your hard work and dedication to the sport
Here are the Lopez brothers,Eli,Jay Jay and Sebastian. They’ve started boxing in the beginning of the new year and they have been improving this first half of 2024. They remind me so much of myself when I was a 13 year old kid ,liking to run on the track like my dad once did and he won the national Puerto Rican track and Field championship as a young youth. The youngest of @fobafoundation brothers Sebastian who also has ADHD but on the autism spectrum loves to run too. Since Sebastian started boxing it has given him the discipline his parents started to see in him. So proud of these young brothers,motivating one another in the sweet science
