On her 2nd week of boxing, and I’m so proud of Luna for trying something out that I had a passion for when I was younger. Being able to be more hands on with her is also a plus for me. When my mom had that accident at her job, and we weren’t sure she was gonna pull through. Boxing saved me! I remember being so focused on it that I imagined my mom fighting for her life just like I was in the boxing gym. Every punch i threw, I pictured it was my mom trying to come back to us.
